O'Bryan is the founder of Humanature, an organizational design strategy firm that guides businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies in human development, interaction, and performance. He is also a Distinguished Resident Fellow at Drexel University’s Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation and a lecturer in city planning at the University of Pennsylvania’s Stuart Weitzman School of Design.
