The United Minorities Council (UMC) is excited to host the annual Intercultural Fair on April 16th at Houston Hall. This event celebrates the rich diversity of Penn’s student body by bringing together cultural organizations, performing arts groups, and community advocacy organizations for a day of performances, food, and interactive activities.
