You are invited to a screening and discussion with Lan Dinh, Co-Director of VietLead, hosted by The Immigrant City seminar (URBS/SOCI/LALS/ASAM 0270, Prof. Domenic Vitiello) and Penn's Asian American Studies Program. We will watch and discuss one of the four parts of the 2023 documentary that Lan co-produced, Taking Root: Southeast Asian Stories of Resettlement in Philadelphia. This film grew out of the community archive Lan created.

We will meet in the Asian American Studies conference room, 473 McNeil Building, 3718 Locust Walk.
