Japanese American filmmaker and artist Rea Tajiri will join Dr. Eng's Introduction to Asian American Literature and Culture lecture to discuss her documentary History and Memory: For Akiko and Takashige (1991).

Rea Tajiri is Associate Professor of Theater, Film and Media Arts, at Center for the Cinematic and Performing Arts, Temple University. She is the founder of the independent production company Ghost Pictures and has directed and produced LordvilleWisdom Gone Wild, and more.
