Sam studied Biochemistry and is submatriculating into Chemistry. She is interested in the intersection of race, diaspora, and gender, and spends her time outside of classes working with Spice Collective, the Penn Association for Gender Equity, the Philadelphia Alliance for Labor Support and Service Link. In her free time, she likes to cook with friends, care for her plants, and hang out in Clark Park.
