Congratulations to Angela Shen recipient of the Turner-Schulman Undergraduate Fellowship Award for her project "Spirituality and Self-Expression: Constructing and Experiencing Asian American Identity through Martial Arts"

The Center for the Study of Ethnicity, Race, and Immigration awarded the student Angela Shen, with the Turner-Schulman Undergraduate Fellowship Fall 2021 of $1,000; for her project "Spirituality and Self-Expression: Constructing and Experiencing Asian American Identity through Martial Arts", this project was developed by Angela in the curse ASAM 210 Asian American Religions taught by ASAM Lecturer Dr. Rupa Pillai.
