Yuan Zou

Yuan Zou is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences, and he majors in PPE (Philosophy, Politics, Economics) and minors in Asian American Studies. He was born and raised in Fuzhou, China, and had lived in Philadelphia since 2009. He co-chairs Asian American Men’s Coalition (AAMC), and plays clarinet in Penn Wind Ensemble. Outside of Penn campus, he works at local grassroots organization Vietlead, and is now on Vietlead’s civic engagement team. When he is busy, he likes to brew (green and black) tea and read newspaper. When he is free, he often spends a good afternoon/night cheering for the Sixers and the Eagles, or explore the city on bike.
