Funding Request Form

If you would like the Asian American Studies Program to sponsor and fund an event for your student group, then you must complete the form below (download attachment).  Submit the completed form to Dr. Fariha Khan, ASAM Associate Director (fariha@sas.upenn.edu), at least two weeks prior to the event. We will reply within one week of receiving your request.

Please Note: All co-sponsorships are required to use the ASAM logo and name in their promotion of the event.  ASAM can only sponsor events through a University authorized budget code.
